This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected on thai-moto.com, for what purpose, and how it is used.

What data we collect

Request data. The website has request forms: the booking modal on vehicle pages ("Book Now") and the question form in the footer. When you submit a request you provide: your name, a phone number and/or email address, desired rental dates, and an optional message. This data is delivered to the owner via the Telegram messenger to process your request and is not stored in the website database.

Payment data. When paying an issued invoice, the CloudPayments service is used. An email address may be used to issue a fiscal receipt. Bank card details are entered on the payment provider's side and are not stored on the website.

Analytics data. To analyse traffic, the Yandex.Metrica service is used. It collects anonymised visit data: IP address, cookies, device and browser information, and on-page actions. This data is used for statistical purposes.

Purposes of processing

• handling and fulfilling rental selection and booking requests;
• contacting you regarding your request;
• processing payments and issuing fiscal receipts;
• analysing and improving the website.

Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with services that operate the website: Telegram (delivering requests to the owner), CloudPayments (payment acceptance and fiscalisation), and Yandex.Metrica (analytics). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any other purpose.

Retention

Request data is kept in the owner's correspondence only as long as necessary to process the enquiry. Analytics data is stored by Yandex.Metrica in accordance with its policy.

Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent by writing to sergeeff30@yandex.ru.
